OSC Edge Appoints Carol Moore as Chief Operating Officer.

With over two decades of experience in the IT and defense sectors, Moore brings a wealth of knowledge in operational leadership, program management, and organizational development. Her proven track record includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Before joining OSC Edge in 2025, Moore spent 26 years with NTT DATA and the companies acquired (Soza & Company, Perot Systems, and Dell Services). In 2011, she joined A-T Solutions, Inc., specializing in counter- and anti-terrorism professional services, tools and technologies, as Vice President of Business Operations for the Civilian Delivery Sector. Moore returned to NTT DATA in 2012 to lead one of the largest and rare contractor-owned, contractor-operated federal customer engagements. She is known for her collaborative approach and dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Moore’s work history includes supporting the missions of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), the United States Mint, the Department of Education, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). She worked in partnership with USAID to achieve top FITARA scores in a 100% cloud-based IT environment that served the international communication and emergency needs of over 90 Missions.
