 Industry Veteran Paul Fairhead Appointed CEO to Lead Expansion

Phoenix3 Holdings today announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Infuse Hospitality, LLC, a national operator of elevated workplace dining and amenity services. The investment strengthens Phoenix3 Holdings’ growing collection of boutique culinary and hospitality companies.

In conjunction with the acquisition, Paul Fairhead, former CEO of Guckenheimer, has been named Chief Executive Officer of Infuse Hospitality. A former chef and seasoned executive, Fairhead brings more than 25 years of global hospitality experience to the role.

Founded in 2016, Infuse Hospitality, LLC, specializes in delivering hospitality and culinary-led solutions tailored to corporate environments. The company is renowned for curating spaces --ranging from workplace cafes and food halls to branded amenity spaces that seamlessly blend culture and community with exceptional food and dining experiences. Infuse Hospitality currently operates in locations across the United States, with flagship locations in the Willis Tower and Aon Center (Chicago) and the Transamerica Pyramid Center (San Francisco).

Phoenix3 Holdings initially invested in Infuse in 2023 and deepened its commitment this year in response to growing demand for elevated workplace experiences.
